REQUEST RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Please take a moment to review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and successful rental experience at the studio.

  • HOURLY $125 per hour (3 hour minimum)

    HALF DAY $500 (5 hrs)

    FULL DAY $800 (10 hrs)

    Additional hours $125 per hour

    Set up and breakdown included in your rental window. Overtime charged after a 30-minute grace period.

    CREATIVE DISCOUNTS: We strive to support creative pursuits. If you have budget constraints for Editorial, Student, or are an emerging designer, please reach out and let us know how we can help you.

    OUR CANCELLATION POLICY: We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the booking start time. A 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the booking start time. No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hrs before the booking start time. In certain circumstances, we might offer rescheduling your studio reservation if our calendar allows.

    ACCESSIBILITY:

    • The studio and building are fully wheelchair accessible.

    • Passenger Elevator: Located at 526 West 26th Street.

    • Freight & Accessible Entrance: Located at 516 West 26th Street.

    LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT:

    • Freight Elevators: Two freight elevators provide direct access to the 10th floor for easy equipment transport.

    • Loading Dock Bays: Two bays are available. Use the designated freight parking zone for cars, vans, and box trucks.

    PARKING OPTIONS:

    • Commercial Parking: Available in front of the building from 8 AM – 7 PM.

    • Nearby Garages: Additional parking options can be found via services like SpotHero.


  • Why We Require a COI (Certificate of Insurance)

    To protect both your production and our studio, we require proof of production insurance in the form of a Certificate of Insurance (COI). This ensures that in the unlikely event of damage, injury, or other liability, everyone is properly covered. Most short-term or annual shoot insurance policies can easily provide a COI naming CROSSED EYE STUDIOS as an additional insured.

    ** IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE We kindly as you to RENT THROUGH PEERSPACE as it will provide you and our studio proper coverage.

  • CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

    • Studio Setup and Breakdown.

    • Return of all grip equipment to its original location.

    • Any damages to the space or equipment that occur during the rental period.

    STUDIO RULES:

    • No Smoking in the building.

    • No Use of fog machines or pyrotechnics.

    • No CES equipment is permitted to leave studio premises without CES approval.
